Join the Committee

Nomination and Proxy form must be filled out and submitted to enquiries@mdms.org.au by 11:59pm on Sunday 18th January.

You must be a member of MDMS Theatre to be on the committee. Membership fees are $40, payable via VISA, Mastercard, or bank transfer once elected to committee.

  • All current committee positions will be declared open and we welcome anyone who is interested in joining the MDMS committee.

    • President: Front person for the company, company organisational and legal responsibilities/duties, venue coordination, production support.

    • Vice President: Support for President when unavailable, fundraising support.

    • Treasurer: Company financial maintenance including payments and record keeping.

    • Secretary: Maintenance of company records, monitoring/responding to correspondence, meeting minutes/agendas, production support.

    • General Committee: Can incorporate duties such as rehearsal support, production manager support, production team roles, and other subcommittee roles, ie. judging representative, fundraising, grant applications, etc.
